What Changed
Report learning, outcomes, follow-through, and other measurable changes only when they are supported by appropriate evidence.
Our reporting standard: proposed work will be identified as proposed, completed work will be identified as completed, and outcomes will not be presented as established unless GMHPN has evidence to support them.
